Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.
If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong shipping address or not being available to accept the delivery with no safe place to leave the item, then we cannot offer a refund, the product will be disposed of.
If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund.
